We would like to provide you with some important information regarding vendor set-ups. The designated time for all vendors to set up their booths will be from 11:00 AM to 2:45 PM on July 8, 2023. Please note that set-up spots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The event will be held at Seminole Truck Parts, and you can find the exact location by clicking on the Google Maps pin provided in the link below. Additionally, we have attached a map indicating the numbered spots from 1 to 28.

To ensure a smooth entry for the trucker convoy, we kindly request that you clear any vehicles or equipment from the designated area by 3:00 PM. This will allow the convoy to make its way to the show without any hindrances. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a seamless flow of the event.

The West Winds Truck Show will officially commence at 6:00 PM, welcoming enthusiastic spectators eager to witness the awe-inspiring display of trucks and related activities.
